Ordering

You do need to be 18 years or older to order or receive a Gift of Beer from Beer Blokes. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence

• To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $6,000),
• For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $500).

 

Our packaging

Our packaging has been specially designed and tested to withstand the rigours of transport and protect your Gift of Beer. It is wholly Australian sourced and made, from recycled and recyclable packaging. The boxes are custom made from recycled cardboard, the inserts are offcuts that otherwise would not be used, wood wool is made from plantation timber or timber otherwise unsuitable for milling, which can be reused, recycled, or even used as mulch in the garden. Our paper and envelopes are all 100% recycled, and the “blanket” that we tenderly cover our beers with is made from hop bags recycled directly from local craft brewers.

 

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal details we collect from you will never be shared with anyone else without your consent. We just collect the data we need to make sure we can give you the best Beer Blokes ex-beer-ience possible.  From time to time we might email you with news or special offers, but if you don’t wish to receive these please simply unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.

 

Shipping

Unless you tell us otherwise, your first Beer Blokes parcel will be dispatched within 10 days of  us receiving payment for your order. There is no additional charge for delivery for orders over $50.

We spent a lot of time getting the packaging “just right”, and we want to ensure that your Gift of Beer always arrives in as good condition as it left us, so we have entrusted our shipping to the good folk at Australia Post. Each parcel is tracked via the “e-parcel” system and must be signed for on delivery by a person over the age of 18.

Unfortunately we are unable to leave a parcel unattended, so if you are not home a card will be left for you to pick up your Gift of Beer at your local post office.
